Information we collect
Account information such as your name, email address and phone number, provided when you register or become a seller.
Listing content you upload, including titles, descriptions, prices and images.
Enquiry records, including the listing you enquired about and the message you sent.
Basic usage data such as listing view counts, used to show sellers how their listings perform.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: displaying listings, routing enquiries to sellers and showing dashboards.
To protect the community: moderating listings, reviewing reports and preventing fraud or abuse.
To record commission on reported sales.
What sellers and buyers can see
Sellers see the enquiries sent to their listings, including the name and message you provide. A seller's WhatsApp number is shown to buyers so an enquiry can be started; a seller's other phone number is only shown when the seller chooses to make it public.
Your email address is never shown to other users.
When you contact a seller, you leave the marketplace and continue the conversation on WhatsApp. That conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and is not visible to us.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Access rules limit each account to its own data, with administrators able to view records needed for moderation and commission tracking.
Your choices
You can update your profile details at any time, unpublish or delete your listings, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
